What this site is, and what it is not

This is a company website. It presents Corebanx products and services and offers a form for reaching our commercial team.

It is not an operating channel. You cannot open an account, move funds, authorise transactions or access any payment service here. Corebanx services are contracted separately, under an agreement signed away from this site.

The information is not an offer

Descriptions of products, capabilities and integrations are informational. They are not a binding offer, a commercial proposal, a promise of results or a guarantee of availability.

Timelines, prices, service levels and technical conditions are agreed case by case in a specific contract. Where the site and the contract disagree, the contract prevails.

Who may use it

The site is intended for people over 18 and for professionals representing a legal entity.

By submitting the contact form you confirm that the information given is true and that you are authorised to provide it, including where it belongs to the company you represent.

What is not allowed

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

The courts of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, are elected to settle disputes, except where the law requires a different venue, as in consumer relations.
